HANOI – NINH BINH – HA LONG BAY TOUR 6 DAYS

Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi, complete the immigration formalities, collect your luggage, and proceed to the arrival hall, where our driver will be waiting to welcome you.

Transfer by private vehicle to your pre-booked hotel in Hanoi city center.

Please note that the standard hotel check-in time is from 2:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you may leave your luggage at the hotel and enjoy some free time exploring the city until your room is ready.

The rest of the day is free at leisure. You may take a leisurely walk around Hanoi’s famous Old Quarter, known for its lively atmosphere, narrow streets, traditional shop houses, local eateries, cafés, and countless small shops. It is an ideal area to experience the everyday life of Hanoi, sample local specialties, or simply wander around and discover the city at your own pace.

Return to the hotel at your convenience.

Overnight in Hanoi.

8h00 – 8h30: Our Tour guide will pick up at your hotel and start to discover Hanoi City.

08h45: Visit Ho Chi Minh Complex, the final resting place of Vietnamese great father or Uncle Ho. You have a chance to see the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh then walk around the garden to see 2 houses where he lived & worked from 1954 to 1969.

Then visit One Pillar Pagoda where the Goddess of Mercy worships – It is the most unique pagoda in the world.

- Should dress modestly by covering from shoulders to knees when visiting Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, temples, pagodas, etc.
- Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays. But still can take pictures of the Mausoleum and visit around that area.
- Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed for at least 2 months (15^th June -15^th August) for the annual maintenance.

10h15: Visit Vietnam Ethnology Museum to learn about the culture of 54 ethnic groups living in the whole country of Vietnam.

Special Note: We will visit the Vietnamese Women’s Museum instead of the Vietnam Ethnology Museum closed on Mondays.

12h30-12h45: Have lunch at our restaurant. You have an opportunity to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine. Vegetarian foods are available.

13h30: Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda located on Golden Fish Island in West Lake. It is the oldest pagoda in Hanoi built in the 6th century.

14h30: Continue to visit the Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam, The Temple of Literature (Van Mieu Quoc Tu Giam) is one of the most attractive tourist spots in Northern Vietnam. The Temple of Literature was founded in 1070.

15h30: Keep going to visit Hoa Lo Prison, the prison was built by the French, from 1886 to 1901, when Vietnam was still a part of French Indochina. The French called the prison Maison Centrale. The prison was called “A Hell on Earth” and now the prison is like a war museum for those who want to understand more about the war against France by Vietnamese people.

16h30: Our Bus takes you back to the Hotel.

Overnight in Hanoi city

8h00: Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel. We take you to Ninh Binh province which is far from Hanoi city about 120 km.

9h30: Have a short break for 20 minutes to relax

10h30: The first destination on this trip is to visit Hoa Lu ancient capital. This is the first capital of Vietnam. Come to visit Hoa Lu, you will learn about why the capital was moved to Hanoi nowadays. You are impressed by the outstanding architecture when entering temples of King Dinh and King Le, the first and second emperors of ancient Vietnam, built in the 17 century. Try to feel the ancient atmospheres in Hoa Lu ancient capital.
11h30 : Get on the bus to go to Mua Cave ( Dancing Cave ). Walk up almost 500 steps, you can reach the top of Lying Dragon Mountain, and have an amazing panoramic view of Tam Coc from here.

12h45: Have lunch in the restaurant.

13h30 – 14h00: Visit Tam Coc by 1.5-hour bamboo boat.  You will be surprised by the charming beauty here with paddy fields, river, water, cloud, sky, and a stunning cave system during the boat trip. All make a masterpiece that the Vietnamese people called “Ha Long Bay on land”.

15h30: Get on the Bus to return to Hanoi

16h30: Arrive in Hanoi and get dropped off at the Hotel.

Have a hearty breakfast at the hotel and begin your journey to Halong Bay.

8:00 – 8:45: Our driver  will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi old quarter..
10:15: Arrive in Hai Duong province, and have a 20-30 minute short break.
12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor.
12:20: Welcome to cruise and enjoy the welcome to drink and get a brief introduction about cruise and safety guidelines.
Check- in your cabin with Air-Conditioning.
12:30: Enjoy a special lunch with Vietnamese traditional dishes, while cruising in the magnificent Ha Long Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay.

Afternoon Itinerary:

15:00: Visiting Sung Sot Cave (Surprising cave).
16:00: Our cruise will take you to the Titop Island, It is noted for having a viewpoint at its peak which affords splendid views all around Ha Long Bay or you can enjoy your swimming on romance sandy beach.
17:15: Come back to our cruise, then take a shower, Relax on the sundeck, watch the sunset in comfortable lounge chairs while drinking a cocktail or reading a book in the most magical moment.
18:00: Enjoy a welcome sunset party and Cooking class. How to make a fresh noodle roll, you can enjoy the product which you make it.
Evening Relaxing:

19:00: Enjoy your dinner when sitting by overlooking the sea view window in the night romantic Bay.
20:30: Playing some sports games like: Squid Fishing, Singing karaoke, or playing puzzle games.
Overnight on boat : Clean air- conditioning room.

6:00: Wake up in the early morning to see the sunrise on the sundeck.
7:00: Morning view of landscape with a cup of tea or coffee. Have breakfast!
8:00: Luon cave is one the most beautiful places in Halong bay for kayaking. If you have a great passion for kayaking, you should not miss Luon cave. If you don’t want to kayak, you can sit on a bamboo boat. If you are lucky, you can catch beautiful pictures with mischievous monkeys running around the cliffs.

9:30 – 10:00: Check out and enjoy a fantastic cruise on the bay.

10:45: Enjoy lunch while cruising back to Tuan Chau Harbour.
12:00: Our Cruise is landing at Halong Bay harbor, saying goodbye to sailors and finishing the cruise.
12:30: Get on the bus to return to Hanoi by Expressway.
14:30: Stopover in Hai Duong province for a short break.
16:30: Arrive in Hanoi. Check in at the hotel and free time in the evening

After breakfast time, depending on the time of your flight, if your flight is late in the afternoon, you can use your free time in the morning for shopping.  Then check out, our driver will come and take you to the airport. If not , we will go to the airport after you finish breakfast. Say goodbye to Hanoi and see again on the next trip.
